Refund Policy
Kai Club LLC provides professional consulting and advisory services delivered through scheduled online sessions. Because our services are time-based and require dedicated preparation and scheduling, payments are generally non-refundable once a session has been booked or services have commenced.
Refund requests, if any, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Clients are responsible for managing their scheduled sessions. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellations must be made with reasonable advance notice, ideally at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session
- Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-shows) may result in the session being considered completed, with no refund issued
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so by providing reasonable advance notice, subject to availability. Kai Club LLC reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests that do not meet notice requirements or availability constraints.
Service Delivery & Scope
All services provided by Kai Club LLC are consulting and advisory in nature. No guarantees of specific business, financial, or revenue outcomes are made. Services are delivered digitally, and no physical goods are included.
